You Don’t Have to Hold It All Together Anymore.

My goal is to help those who have experienced addiction, trauma/PTSD, as well as other mental health challenges to create positive changes. I partner with my clients as an individual, a family, or a couple to help face the difficult challenges. Therapy is the first step toward real change.
At PG Therapy, you're met with compassion and a clear path forward.

Meet Sarah

Welcome! My name is Sarah Police. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor supervisor (LPC-S) and addiction specialist (LCDC) providing support for individuals, couples, and families experiencing addiction, trauma, PTSD, and other challenges.
At PG Therapy, I'll provide customized sessions designed to address your unique needs. Using specifically tailored methods such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Solution-Focused techniques, and Brainspotting, I help clients navigate their emotional patterns, set and maintain boundaries, and reconnect with their inner strength.
Let PG Therapy collaborate on your journey to lasting change.
I use proven methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and Brainspotting techniques. I utilize these strategies and techniques to help you thrive as an individual, as well as a couple. You learn how to identify coping strategies to process through your deep rooted trauma, identify your strengths, regulate your emotions, and communicate more effectively.
As your therapist, my goal is to collaborate with you through life's journey; so not only do you feel supported and validated throughout the process, but you learn to advocate for yourself and thrive rather than survive.
